FOOD ISSUES

I have some type of emotional attachment to food.
Gross? definitely, but I don't know how to stop it.
Neither James or I are very big leftover people so you'd think I wouldn't have a problem getting rid of food. BUT I DO. I hold on to it because heaven forbid I throw away perfectly good food that some homeless starving child could be eating.
So then it sits in my fridge until it grows wings and gets a driver's license.
And this weekend I filled a whole garbage bag full of old food.
Farewell, my friends. At least now I know you're too gross to be eaten by even aliens.
So I don't feel as bad.

But seriously, having my fridge this clean is heavenly.

Super Woman

James went into work late today and OH MY GOSH I LOVE THESE DAYS.
He does this once every other week and it is my life saver.
I get done a whole week's worth of house work in half a day!
Just for kicks, let me tell you everything I got done this morning:
Made Breakfast
Cleaned Jackson's bathroom
Cleaned his room too.
Did ALL of our laundry
Folded all of our laundry
Showered
Straightened my hair
Got my car's oil changed
Returned something at the store
Are you jealous?

Stressed OUT

I had a pretty relaxing weekend that should have been spent... not relaxing.
So this week I am paying for it and having to do a million things.
I am trying to get my house looking clean for Thanksgiving,
specially since we are putting up all of our Christmas decorations this weekend.
We painted a wall in the living room and now have a mess of things all over the house.
I think that having everything out of place is making me crazy
so posts this week may be ...non existent for the most part.

I can't wait to show you pictures of our living room once it's all finished!

TO DO

Since I became pregnant, I have decided that if I try to plan too many things to do (as in more than one) at once, I usually just end up disappointed and really exhausted.

BUT, my house is seriously beyond disgusting. My bathrooms are going to start growing mold babies and I will soon have to start throwing baby showers for them. My closet resembles a big pile of garbage. There are about 6 loads of dirty laundry in my hallway. And to top it all off, I haven't even started to clean out the baby room. (!!!)

I am overwhelmed. Annnnd, there is NO ROOM to distribute anything that is in the baby room, so what am I going to do??

Breathe.

I need an personal organizer. Any takers?
Anyway, I was going somewhere with this post.
Oh yeah, a list. Because you know how much I love making lists,
even though I don't ever finish them.

September To Do Lists
I know it's gross I'm giving myself a whole month, but SUE ME.

Pick a day of the week and do laundry like it's nobody's business.
Clean inside and outside of car.
Organize closet and separate summer clothes for easy storing when the dreadful time comes.
Clean bathrooms. Deep clean. All three of them. IMMEDIATELY.
Get rid of junk in baby room.
Organize junk I can't part with neatly and efficiently.
Solve any problems in the house before the year-warranty runs out!
DRINK MORE WATER.

Ok, there we go.
