German Pancakes

Since I found this recipe, we've had it at least once a week for breakfast.
It's easy and fast and so tasty.

German Pancakes
adapted from The Coterie

1/3 C Butter, melted
1 1/2 C Flour
1 1/2 C Milk
8 Large eggs
1/2 tsp salt (or a tiny bit less)
1/4 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 400. Put butter in microwave, melt. Pour in 9x13 pan.
Combine all other ingredients and pour over butter.
Bake for 20 minutes or until all puffed up and brown around the edges.

(I usually cut this in half and make an 8x8 pan)
