I stepped into Target the other day
and found bikinis, shorts and tank tops
taking over the Women's department.
Why don't stores let us enjoy each season as it passes?
I hate winter and all,
but when it is snowing outside
and I'm wearing snow gloves and a marshmallow coat,
the last thing I'm considering is
fitting my large pregnant body
into any article of clothing that shows more than absolutely necessary.
So, Target,
Please let me try and enjoy wearing sweaters,
and covering my body from the cold weather
and stop reminding me that
1) I don't fit into bikinis
2) there is no sun outside to even try and wear one.
