No more waiting.
My 5K is tomorrow.And I would be pretty confident with it,
but yesterday I went running and my leg completely gave out.
Almost fell face-first unto the treadmill.
And it hurt. SO. BAD.
So I've been stretching it like no other.
And I am praying that will be enough.
Because if it isnt, and it turns out I don't run well
after 4 weeks of running like a maniac for this...
I WILL POOP.
