BBQ Chicken Pizza
1 Chicken breast, cubed
10 Frozen Rhodes Rolls
BBQ sauce
1 Tomato
1/2 Green pepper
1/2 small red onion
Mozz Cheese
Italian herb seasoning
salt
garlic powder
In a greased cookie sheet, leave out frozen rolls for 4 hours (I have to do it for 8 because I work and its always fine) or until they rise, covered with greased plastic wrap.
Preheat oven to 350.
When rolls have raised, season chicken with salt garlic powder and Italian seasoning and cook in skillet in about 1/2 t olive oil until done. Set aside.
Combine all 10 rolls into a big ball and roll out into a circle. Top with BBQ sauce, a little more Italian seasoning, chicken, veggies and cheese on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until dough is golden and cheese is melted.
