Food is Always Good

My sister in law, Liz, gave me this recipe a long time ago, but I just barely tried it for the first time. It is super easy and quick and so good for a night when you don't want to put big effort into your cooking.

Italian Casserole

1 lb ground beef
1 roll crescent rolls
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup onions (or less)
1 tsp EVOO

Preheat oven to 375.
Saute onions in a EVOO until a little transperent.
Add ground beef, cook until beef is brown.
Drain fat. Combine beef with spaghetti sauce. Put aside.
Combine mozz cheese, sour cream, and parmesan cheese.
Unroll crescent rolls.
On an 8x8 pan layer beef, cheese mixture, and cover with unrolled crescent rolls.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until top is golden-brown.

Enjoy!
