I weighed myself this weekend after working out this whole week and eating (mostly) healthy and guess what?
I am half a pound heavier than I was last week.
*Oh the joys of losing weight*
Moral of the story = I am trying a little extra hard this week. Even though come friday, we will be in Vegas, enjoying good food and good company and I won't even allow myself to think about how many calories are in...well, anything.
A girls gotta do what a girls gotta do.
And for the record, it's been twelve days since I last had a diet coke.
