No really, do call me Chef Jess.

I grew up in a household where my mother's food was far better than anything you could order at the best restaurant in town. Even when we didnt have money. So my lack of interest of learning to cook (without my mother) when I was younger, is excusable. At least to me. :)

When I got married and actually had to do it on my own, it was a little intimidating. But as I have practiced many of my mom's recipes, my own, and some I have found, I have really learned to love cooking.

I have decided that I will be posting a recipe (or two) a week for your enjoyment as I continue my fun and exciting cooking journey.
